When you purchase Shipping Protection, your order will be fully covered during transit. Coverage includes but is not limited to:

• Damaged Products: Compensation for products damaged during shipping.
• Unforeseen Events: Coverage for losses due to force majeure (e.g., traffic accidents).

2. How to Purchase

At checkout, you may select Shipping Protection. The service fee will be added to your order total. Please note this protection applies per order and only covers the products included in that specific order.

3. Claims Process

• Contacting Xcotton: If your order is lost or damaged, contact Xcotton immediately with your Shipping Protection service number. You will also receive detailed instructions and contact information after purchase.
• Required Documents: You may need to provide proof such as courier confirmation, photos of damaged products, or other relevant documents. Please follow Xcotton’s claims guide for details.

4. Liability Statement

Once Shipping Protection is purchased, Xcotton assumes responsibility for any shipping-related damage or loss. We will support you by providing necessary order details, but the claims process will be managed directly by Xcotton.

5. Terms & Exclusions

• Terms: The official terms and conditions provided by Xcotton will apply. Please review them carefully before purchase.
• Exclusions: Claims may be denied in cases such as incorrect delivery information, intentional damage, or other situations listed in Xcotton’s terms.

6. Cancellation

• If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel Shipping Protection and receive a refund for the fee.
• If your order has already shipped, the service cannot be canceled.

30-Day Return or Money-Back Guarantee

Every order from irfrigerant.shop comes with a 30-day return or money-back guarantee. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your product. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a request.
